My washer is being delivered and with a rebate I did not expect!

I always get help loading here, and other help as I need it.

Customer service was outstanding. Romeo, Heather and Nathan were so helpful and intent on helping me get the product I was wanting. I always have good service but today was exceptional and I am a firm Home Depot customer!

The writing guidelines on this review are bogus. The reality is this has nothing to do with the product. For the most part I've been satisfied every time I've gone to Home Depot. I stated this in the survey as well, but I want to make sure everyone is able to see this. I don't know if this is specific to this store or if it's a corporate policy. But Home Depot generally has hard concrete floors. Management/corporate expecting their employees to stand for 8 hours or more a day is ridiculous. Allow your employees to have chairs/stools or anything really at your stores to be able to rest and get off their feet while they work. It increases employee retention and it's such a small and minor thing to allow. I'm a manager myself and my employees will always come first.

The Electrical Supplies Department is well stocked and the Associates are familiar with the products.

Extremely helpful staff and even the managers are willing to help make your shopping experience great.

Whenever I have needed to buy vertical blinds, there is a need to have both the headboard and the louvers cut to size. Everyone who has done this for me, has provided this service with special care and a friendly attitude. Great people to work with!

Everytime I come to this store in Troutdale I am very impressed by all employees I encountered!!

I stopped into the Appliance section to ask a quick question about delivery of an appliance to our home. First, I spent 10 minutes in the appliance section looking for someone to help me, I couldn't find anybody, so I went to pick up the other items I was looking for. Found one of the three items and went back to appliance section to ask my question. I asked the two employees in the appliance section if I could ask a question, and I was told to "wait a minute" They continued their conversation, after apologizing to each other for me interrupting them. I stood their for a few seconds, so confused by being told to wait, that I walked away, this store clearly doesn't care if people buy things or not, especially large purchases like appliances. Their employees clearly are not there to help, but make you feel like an inconvenience to them. The cashier at the U Scan was awesome, though! She was very friendly and redeemed some points back for the ridiculous experience I went through.

The people who are working at the Troutdale Home Depot store are always trying to find a way to help people out and they are always extremely friendly to the people who are shopping at their store. It’s really a good experience to shop at their store.

I came back to get more pea gravel and found only one bag remaining. I'm not sure if the store was out but substituted with another bagged rock product

Prices are gr8, I love the products. I'm just not impressed with the employees. Overall though I'm just shopping so 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me.

The store manager Kaitlyn Gardner is amazing! She was patient and caring while helping me put an order, even when the store was closing. In all my trips to the store I have found very helpful staff :)

The store was clean, using the home depot app makes finding items a breeze. Store was busy but clean and their were no lines at the cash register.

The Troutdale Oregon store is amazing. They have stepped up their game. The store is clean and the associates are friendly. However, one associate in particular truly stood out today. My husband and I are remodeling our master bath. Anyone who has remodeled knows how stressful it can be. After a long and drawn out process we agreed on a tile we loved only to find out a month later that the bullnose tile pieces we still needed were no longer available. We spent an entire Saturday visiting different stores all over the metro area hoping to find those edge peices on clearance somewhere. We thought we had found them and purchased the last two boxes and some loose pieces. We got homec and realized the color was wrong. We were crushed. The color was too white. So now we are dreading the process, frustrated and needing to return all the tile we loved because we could not find edging. We came in today to pick new tile and start the grueling task all over again. That is when my husband and I happened upon Kelvin working in the tile department. I jokingly asked "Hey, where did you get that?". It was a decent color. It had possibilities. He showed me and asked if we were finding everything ok. I replied "not so much" and explained about the bullnose being unavailable for what we had purchased. Bless his heart, Kelvin was the 6th or 7th person in a span of a month to hear me gripe. He listened attentively and patiently then asked if we had considered your Custom Edge line. We had not heard of it and no one had ever pointed it out. Kelvin took us over to the material and proceeded to tell us about the product. He was knowledgeable, personable and thoroughly explained in detail how it worked. We ended up keeping the tile we loved, found a way to complete the edging and walked away smiling. Kelvin is the reason customers will return to this Home Depot. He went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience.

As an Airline Pilot and retired Army Officer, I am used to working with some of the finest and most efficient. That is why I constantly shop at Home Depot. The Troutdale Store is a credit to the Home Depot family of employees and stores..

I love to shop at Home Depot in Troutdale. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The variety of products is amazing and the store is clean and well kept up. They even provide electric carts for those who have trouble walking large distances while shopping.

Bad day at the 'Depot regarding floor/shopping support. Two items: 1) I asked a person in the lighting department to read the wattage on a small decorative bulb (I didn't have my glasses). After looking, his reply was "120." I told him that's voltage, not wattage. He reiterates "120, it says right here." Finally he sees the 2nd number; "4 watts." Maybe this wasn't his department? Only mildly aggravating, but it set the tone for the next item. 2) I sent my girlfriend over to hardware to find 4 stainless steel, flat-headed, countersunk Phillips screws. She had the old one in her hand. The man who helped her checked the screw pitch, then handed her a galvanized hex-headed bolt. She said that wasn't what she was looking for. His reply was 'that will work for what you need" and walked back to what he was doing. Really? I'm not sure if this was just miscommunication, a lack of aptitude, or female stereotyping. Home Depot will always be my go-to destination for home improvement projects, that's not likely to change. Just really disappointed with the last visit.

Richard in electric in Troutdale understood our confusion, showed us the product we needed, demonstrated and explained 3 times how to use it, found our lost phone, turned it in, saw us, and informed us and made sure we got the phone. Brittanie checked us out cheerfully.

I have been shopping at this store for 10+ years I like seeing familiar staff in each department, currently in pandemic stock availability (in some things are under supplied from manufacture) I can’t think of more attentive staff to answer questions and help find products. To the staff keep it up!
