My central air compressor went out in 90*+ heat! Had to buy 2 portable a/c units. HD had just what I needed. Good job!

This crew is very helpful. My wife and I had a huge shopping list. We asked for some one to help with window blinds. Gideon came to help us find all the blinds we needed and continued to assist us find the other 20+ items and even helped us load it to our vehicle. Thanks Gideon you made our day.

the store is always no merchandise just setting around things are in there place shelves are clean full no empty product boxes people are polite and helpful when needed

U all allowed a hacked gift card to be sold... how is that? If we buy gftcards from the rancho mirage store in cali and gift it up here to portland, we expect the balance to work.

I have shopped at Troutdale Home Depot for years - and have always found the staff to be helpful and courteous. I have moved to Portland (Oregon), but still drive to the Troutdale location because I feel at home there. Thank you

The Lady at the Pro Desk were EXTREMELY Helpful and Very Patient with me when I ordered my 12” X 12” Pavers/Stepping Stones/whatever the proper name is. The woman at that Pro Desk fixed issues with my account

We have been home depot customers for two decades. Always a friendly staff and good product selection at a very reasonable price. And the products purchased there are of good quality and last a long time..

I arrived at the store to discover my online purchase had been cancelled for an unknown reason. I was in the contractor's area, as what I needed was 200 lbs of play sand. One of the customer service people there helped me--jumped right on locating the sand bags, grabbed them and helped me to the car with them. They had such a 'Can do!' attitude, and took care of things so quickly that I couldn't be anything but very satisfied. The kids down at the festival were also very satisfied with their sand box--it was the most popular place at the Kid's area!

I was in to buy soil, so many dying plants- they let them go to dump because only Vendor can reduce prices. Huge waste of great plants.

Why wouldn't you shop at Home Depot Troutdale when you live in Gresham?

The products purchased seemed adequate. I do have some durability concerns but so far so good.

I have shopped at Home Depot stores in the past. This was the first time I have been greeted with courtesy, and recognition as a person shopping for various items in the store. I was approached not once but several times as I searched for items I needed on this trip. I will definitely shop this store location in the future.

I love going to The Home Depot less than a mile from my house. I just wish they had a few more sales associates on the floor to ask things about items I am looking for or questions about a project or product in the store.

This is the 1st time in all my 40+ years of using Home Depot that 2 employees (who were obviously busy) but they stopped what they were doing to ask me I needed any help finding what I was looking for. And both times they told me the aisle. The first guy was on his way home, and had just checked out, but he saw me looking lost, asked what I was looking for and then told me the aisle. The last guy even helped me look thru for inventory to find the exact item I was seeking. This was the BEST experience I've ever had at HD. The only negative would be the long wait for the in-person sales cashier. So I had to do the self-checkout, which is a bit confusing for old guys like me! (67)

Pleasant, knowledgeable staff

Greg was awesome. He looked for the item I wanted.It was not on the Shelf so he helped me look it up in the computer and I was able to order it at customer service. Greg answered all my questions.

The staff is so friendly. I needed a piece of chalkbord for a display and I was assisted quickly and professionally. It's always a positive experience at the Troutdale Store.

I wanted 5, website said 5 but only 2 were worthy of buying. Spent 1& a half hours on the road!! Very disappointed Five stars is for the product only!

They need to have atleast one checker isle open.

I went to HD for plumbing parts in Troutdale.Greeter told me where to find plumbing parts. Employee in plumbing told me of an adjustable pea trap kit that worked great and saved me trying to retro fit my existing parts. Greeter was getting empty shopping carts from parking lot in an absolute downpout when I was leaving. Great help.

When we shop this store we find the inventory for what we are looking for and the customer service at the Troutdale store is amazing!

This is a nice store. At times it’s hard to find some help but they are always friendly and helpful. 1 plus would be more inventory. Quanities always seem to be limited compared to the Oregon city store.
