Overworked Employees Lead to Errors for Customers

Guidelines from Home Depot to post this review instruct not to post about customer service, only the product. Without going into details about customer service: this incorrect order stems from overworked, understaffed employees in central warehouse, in store loading dock, and at store customer service desks. Five stars for an employee with high work ethic, which is why the review is overall two stars, not one. Treat employees better, and maybe you can be fully staffed again someday, which will result in better Product Reviews.

Don't be afraid to interrupt an employee if you need help.
During my latest visit I had to track down someone to help another customer get a tool kit from a locked display, then another to get a tool for myself from a different locked display.
