Good Clean store not the biggest but has more then one can usually ask for or need

The staff at this store is always friendly and go above and beyond to help you. Dave at the Pro Desk is outstanding. As usual a great experience

I do a lot of bidding in my job and LINDA AND LIZ both help me out so much. It makes my job so much easier and I TRUELY appreciate all they do for me. I feel like a friend when I go into the store and they always have a smile waiting for me.... THANK YOU GIRLS

Pro desk associate Linda. Is always willing to help and assist. She always helps with a smile on her face. Which brings a great atmosphere to the store.

Carla, the associate that helped us the most, was most helpful and knew her products. She answered all of our questions and explained how the process would work and an approx. timetable. They were not at all pressuring us on making a sale as much as helping us as customers. She explained the difference between the several carpets we had looked at. Made this buying experience a pleasure not a chore.

Me and my wife when to the Upland Home Depot to buy plants for our home . The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone that needs to buy items for a home .

Home Depot in Upland is the best. Starting a new paint project and Mike in paints made it easy and fun. Because of him I definitely will return to HD for all my painting needs. But most everyone was genuine and helpful. My new go to store. Too bad they don't sell groceries.... lol.

The sales associate was nearby and helped me find the right toilet and even explained the rebate program. He lifted into my cart for me- he was very nice and helpful. The cashier was friendly and got someone to load the toilet for me. The guy who loaded the toilet was great too.

This store has customer friendly policy. Pricing and return policy are good. The associates, especially at the ProDesk are friendly, good knowledge with the products and made every steps easy for the customers. I'd highly recommend this store.

I SHOP AT A LOT OF HOME DEPOTS DEPENDING WHERE MY JOBS ARE. BUT THESE GUYS AT THE PRO DESK ARE REALLY GREAT, THE SERVICE WAS GREAT AND ALSO THEY ARE REALLY FRIENDLY. THE WHOLE TIME I WAS IN THERE WE JOKED AND HAD A GOOD TIME. THEY DIDNT GET OFFENEDED BY MY PERSONALITY, GOOD PEOPLE. I WILL DEFINATELY MAKE MY WAY TO THIS STORE WHENEVER I HAVE JOBS IN THE AREA.

My whole experience at home depot was fantastic. I was in & out, , wandering the store for my product &/or an employee. NOW,I won't dread going to home depot, by myself. I only had to take time to decide the different styles of the product, I wanted & could afford

Enjoyed my visit to this Home Depot.Everywhere I turned there was a sales associate willing to help me find what I was looking for. My husband and I also went to the appliance department and received amazing customer service from Tony.We will most likely go back to purchase our first washer and dryer with him!

Visiting Home Depot is my go to place to get things accomplished for my projects. The products I need are always there and at the right price. The customer service is excellent. I have no worries, when I need something they are at my service and they are there for me.

Had to buy paint. Went to the paint department and the man that helped us was well informed and really knew his stuff. Made sure we had everything that we needed so we didn't get home and forgot something. Very nice person to deal with.

This store is very convenient for me and my employers they always have what we need and very clean

The specialized fluorescent light bulb on my desk lamp went out and I needed a new one. I knew Home Depot would probably have them, but as a 77-year-old woman, I usually leave such tasks to my husband. Because I am learning to be more independent, I decided to tackle this task by myself. What a pleasant surprise! An Associate took one look at my bulb and directed me to "Aisle 18 right next to the water heaters" -- and at the end of a very long aisle with light bulbs of every shape and size, there was exactly what I needed snuggled right next to the water heaters. On my way out, I stopped to look at possible replacements for the bare bulb that hangs over our kitchen table and picked up a booklet on front doors so I can start planning our next project. Next time I need something, it will be easy to return.
