If you're a recipient, you can visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Redeem our gift cards in-store or use them to shop online with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot Ontario, CA offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when shopping eligible Store Pickup items. We'll let you know via email or text message when your order is ready at the store. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or text message to tell us in the app that you're on the way.
3. After you get to the store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is usually located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you're here.
5. Wait for us to bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.
