I was happy with service I got in the flooring dept ( jay) cashier was friendly ( Roy) Supervisor ( mike) help me with husband military discount. great customer service.

The store employees are friendly, helpful and willing to walk the customer to the item the customer is looking for.

Fairly good selection of plants still available for vegetable garden, many plants could use water, but viable still...

The stuff was easy to find,the store is clean.The help at the plumbing department was excellent and the cashier was very friendly.

I always loved going to this Home Depot when I worked in the area. The store was always neat and clean and the staff was always friendly and very professional.

Jose was a pleasure to work with while we were locating our flowers, made sure we were well taken care of. Took great care of plants.

Some associates go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. Others just walk on by. When you do get an assoicate they are friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and polite. At times they seem to be handling more than one customer at a time which can be good on the one hand and not so good on the other. Occasionally items are out of stock, but the associate is willing to look up availability at other locations.

I bought a grill here, paid in full with all of my receipts, even saw them put my name on the box, they told me they could hold it for me until the next day when I could bring a bigger car in to pick it up, came in the next day no one could find the grill, stood there for an hour while they "searched" for it when clearly they just sold it and wouldn't own up to their own irresponsible mistake. The problem kept getting passed around to other people and absolutely no solution came from it. So unorganized. Even the supposed manager had absolutely no answers for me. No one offered any other solution even as small as calling another store to see if they had the same item. Wasted an hour of my time and still no answers came from it. Will never shop at this store again. For all the managers over there, there needs to be some serious training done.

I worked on a house renovation for almost six months as the Project Coordinator & practically become one of the staff! Marlene in the appliance department helped me to keep track of sales pricing & timelines to get the items I needed for their best price & ensured my owner of the best financing options. John & Marva were always willing to review the carpet & flooring options, as well as, taught me about the installation process. Jim & Dan were invaluable in helping me with lumber questions and walking me through the store introducing me to other employees so I could get the answers to all my questions. I think we ended up spending almost $2600-$3000 by the time the house was finished & rented it out in a week! Very helpful & available when I needed them...

We ended up not getting a vanity, but the HD staff was able to direct us to the online selection - the staff here is always very good and knowledgeable.

In the past, it was difficult to find an employee for assistance finding products. Lately that has gotten much better. This particular recent time, I saw an employee who was obviously busy with another customer, and I was ready to continue looking for someone else. But she approached me, asked if I needed help, I said yes, and she got another employee to help me before she went off on her original mission. Good multi-tasking. I did not catch her name though.

Very happy with the expertise and helpfulness of employees. Received assistance from a very knowledgeable employee who helped me solve three problems.

When I entered the store, I was welcomed by the first two associates I encountered. It was as if I were being greeted by friends- not pushy, but friendly. The organization of the store was clear and familiar. The associate immediately sensed that I needed assistance and came right up to me. Although the size of the product which I purchased was larger than I had expected, the price was not only very competitive but in addition it was on sale! The cashier was very courteous and had a good rapport with the customers.

I was shopping for studs and drywall; they were right by the door. I had to cut down the drywall to fit into my car - no problem. An associate even offered a t-square and a cutter. They obviously want the business and understand that good service is the way to get it.

I am usually in this Home Depot about once a week. There are so many friendly associates available to help including the greeter at the front door. This visit I was helped by an associate named Susan, who was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend shopping at this location.

The staff at the West Hartford location are thorough, pleasant and efficient. I have a wonderful experience every time I am there, whether I'm making a purchase or a return or simply gathering information for a future project.

I purchased an LG washer dryer. Was dreading this because if the fairly sizable cost involved, but my salesperson was knowledgable, friendly and caring.

Miriam is an outstanding employee!!! She is so friendly and courteous and makes each and every customer feel special and happier- her positive attitude is absolutely contagious.

Went to this Home Depot store to buy a drill combo set. The associate that worked in that department. Very helpful.
