Great customer service customer service
Your people make the store great. Paul (Irish gentleman) & Laurel always go out of their way to create a welcoming friendly environment. This visit my goal was to purchase windows & the associate was either out to lunch or absent and Laurel did not hesitate to drop what she was doing & jump on the forklift to give me a hand and see the sale go through as the cashier software was having issues. Great service. Thanks to both, Paul & Laurel.

Poor Customer Service Experience.
If the customer service staff doesn't like the way you look or act they are quick to label you as "Sketchy" and discriminate against you. As someone with OCD this can be degrading.

Customer Service the way it was always meant to be!
I needed a new faucet for a bathroom sink.
Unfortunately when I was removing the old faucet, I noticed a large crack in the old sink! Great
Looking online I found one that fit in the Berlin Ct. HD.
Online computer said 3 in stock.
When I arrived, I could not find the correct sink.
After getting frustrated, I met Margarita!!
She went out of her way searching stacks of sinks looking for the 182 model. Eventually she found an old beat up box that was ripped and covered with years of dust. She inspected the sink, cleaned it and not only wiped down the box, but she did an excellent job of repackaging and resealing the original carton the sink came in. She assured me that the sink was not used and it still was covered by warranty. Furthermore, she stated that if I had any problems, I could return it for an exchange or refund.
Margarita turned a negative experience into a positive one, for the consumer.
She truly went above and beyond what was required.
This world needs more Margaritas!!
