Our store diverts waste from landfills by accepting plastic plant pots, CFLs, lead acid batteries, and rechargeable batteries for recycling.
This store recycles all shrink wrap, contributing to the 780 million pounds that The Home Depot has sold to Trex in the past. This is used for composite decking materials, bringing us one step closer to a circular economy.
We have decreased electricity consumption by over 52% in our U.S. stores since 2010.
The Home Depot's core values are based on doing the right thing for our customers and associates. This commitment extends beyond our stores to our local communities, as well as the environment. We are your partners in environmental sustainability. Read more about our commitment to economic responsibility.
