I have not had the Titan that long but so far it is operating perfectly. It is extremely quiet and I like that you can adjust the shelves.

We have only had this for two weeks but it is the most quiet cooler we have had. It makes no noise what so ever. It replaced another brand that only lasted two years.

We looked at many beverage fridges online, many with poor reviews complaining about noise or poor performance. This looked to be the best value, and had the best reviews, though not many to go on. Luckily, this fridge is working out great. It seems like a high quality product, and we can't even tell it's running. Watch out for the price though. We paid $1196, and then found it to be only $1016 now. I'd love to have spent $180 less!

Five Stars! This is a new product so I was a bit skeptical since there was only 1 review. So glad I made the purchase. The beverage cooler looks amazing. The dual pane glass keeps the cold in and the construction is very sound. The drawers are very sturdy, look amazing, and slide in and out easily. Fits almost every style wine bottle. The dual zone control is easy to use and keeps the temperature as it is set. The LED lighting when turned on makes this item look like a million bucks. It came very professionally packaged and was in pristine condition. The best part is that it is SO QUIET! When the cooler reaches the set temperature, you can't even tell it's on. Not even a hum. When the cooler is cooling all you hear is a faint sound. The unit is large. It takes up every millimeter of the said LxWxH. The unit is described to be 34.1" tall. My granite counter is 34.25" high. The unit wouldn't fit without forcing it and I was afraid I was going to crack the granite. Discovered that I could easily remove the feet from the unit and then it fit perfectly. I would suggest you have at least 35" height clearance for this unit so you don't have to remove the leveling feet. PROS: Looks amazing, Dual Zone controls keep temperature true, feels very high end, easy to install, QUIET QUIET QUIET. Cons: None really. Might suggest they give the LED lighting a 3rd setting. You can have it On or Off. Would like to see a 3rd setting for turning light on for 60 seconds after door open then auto shut off. But that is really just nitpicking. I would absolutely purchase this Titan unit again.

This unit arrived in good condition. It came in a well-padded box within another well-padded box which gave excellent shipping protection. The instructions were thorough except for the vague digital temperature control settings. The instructions tell you to use the up arrow to decrease the temp setting by 1° increments in the upper zone and to use the down arrow to decrease the temp setting by 1° increments in the lower zone. This is correct, but it should follow with the statement: “When the indicated temp reaches the lowest temp, it cycles back to the highest.” Be sure to level your unit before using. Each of the feet may be raised or lowered by rotating the plastic sheaths around each of the feet. I wish the interior light came on when opening the door. Each of the 5 roll out shelf will hold 4 common bottles each while the bottom stationary shelf will hold 3 bottles. The key lock at the bottom locks the door but when “locked”, the door can be opened slightly which might cause cooling or frost problems if not checked, especially if there are children around. After running for several days, my unit performed as advertised and runs very quiet. I expect many years of service from this quality product.

This cooler came packed very securely and set up was simple. It has a very nice sleek and modern look even as a stand-alone. The only installation that was required was attaching the door handle. This requires you to pull out a section of the gasket seal on the door to access the screws underneath. It screwed in fine and the gasket went back into place with no trouble. I used this free-standing so I can't comment on how it would be to install it with cabinets under a counter, though it is stated to be designed for that as well. Setting the temperatures is easy - there is a down button for each zone to lower the temp by 1 degree at a time. When you get to the bottom of the range it loops back to the highest temp for that zone. The top zone holds 8 bottle on 2 shelves and can be set between 54-65 F. The bottom holds 15 bottles on 3 shelves and the cooler bottom and can be set between 40-54 F. Note that these are commonly accepted ranges for preparing reds for serving and whites for serving, respectively. Neither zone is designed for "storage" of wine, which would require a temperature range centered on 55 F. The temperatures are always displayed - the light is always on. As you can see in the pics, the bottles will sit in alternating directions on the shelves. Each shelf pulls out about half way making it easy to place/remove any bottle. For the bottom section, 3 bottles can be placed on the floor of the unit - below the lowest shelf. They fit fine there, but are completely loose. I'm surprised they didn't put in any type of shaped cradle or dividers to secure the bottles a bit. Reasons why I didn't give it a higher rating: It has a key lock; however, though it locks the door from being opened to remove wine, it still allows the door to open about an inch, so a child could readily pull it open and affect the temperature. The energy efficiency is awful. They don't list a rating in the instructions, but it runs almost constantly. It has a carbon filter to prevent odors, but it is not listed as being replaceable. Lastly, its loud - louder than my refrigerator. And because its runs so often it constantly reminds me of how much energy its using. If you don't mind the energy use and can put it in a room where you won't hear it, then its an OK cooler for preparing wine for serving.

A good two-zone wine cooler is a nice additional to my wine cellar and collection and something I wanted for some time. While it is meant as an undercounter built-in unit, I am using it just outside my wine cellar as a standalone. The controls are simple to use although the one item I would like to see is a backlit touchpad for setting the temperature but since this is not done very often its not a big deal. It would help to locate the touch control for the built in LED light in the unit. The shelves operate easily and provide adequate space for a variety of bottle types and sizes including a sparkling wine (champagne) bottle size. The instructions are clear and simple but I think there is one small omission . There was no mention of letting the unit stand for several hours if it was shipped on its side--and mine was. If you don't allow the compressor oil to drain back to the compressor it can "slug" the compressor on startup and cause serious damage so be forewarned if you bring your home on its side. The seamless stainless steel front is nicely finished as is the full length handle, which is the only piece that has to be assembled by attachment with two phillips head screws. Takes about five minutes to partially pull out the door gasket along the handle side, tighten the screws and reinsert the gasket. The unit also has a locking latch at the bottom with two keys provided. The keys cannot be left in the unit since the locking mechanism is spring loaded and pushes the key out. It's a good feature if you have kids. Once started the unit quickly got to my desired temperatures in both zones. Its a great addition for final conditioning bottles from my unconditioned cellar. Very nice unit.

The Titan Transcend is a great looking fridge and the dual zone works mint. It may be one of the only Bev Coolers that can get that cold. I found Titan customer service extremely responsive to my two questions, and I am extremely pleased how quiet this fridge is. I would recommend!!
