Q:We just installed this in our kitchen remodel and it will not cool and has a burning smell that comes from it. It has been plugged in for well over 24 hours and has not worked. We either need a need unit or a technician to repair.

Great design and decent budget
I spent a long time oicking a wine cooler that has a nice design and doesnt break the bank. Quality seems good and its well built. It does get a little noisy when it needs to cool off at the times it drops.the temperature.

Great Fridge
I bought this for our kitchen reno to go in our island. It looks great! I love having the two sides, one for beer and the other for wine. It keeps at the temperatures we have them set. It is very quite. We have not had any issues

Perfect for our Kitchen Beverage station
I looked at numerous stand alone beverage coolers and after reading all the positive reviews we decided on the Titan Signature series 24”. Let me say, this unit did not disappoint. Very well packaged, and well padded. Im always skeptical about buying large items that generally get damaged during the shipping process but that wasnt the case here. Installing the handles was easy and the installed product looks great! Turned it on and let it get to temperature and it holds temps very well. A few reviews noted it as being noisy, i think its one of the quieter units ive had. Overall i am very pleasef and will look to Titan products in the future

I returned the first Titan Beverage Refrigerator because of condensation...
I returned the first Titan Beverage Refrigerator because of condensation buildup on the left door (set at 38•)
No condensation on the right door (set at 48•).
The second Titian does the very same thing
We have had other Beverages Refrigerators in previous homes and never had this issue

Thank you for your interest in Titan Appliances! Having condensation on the door glass is sometimes a normal occurrence when the ambient dew point temperature becomes too high. In this case it is not an issue with the unit itself and would not be isolated to Titan coolers only. The dew point temperature is a combination of the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity, where the higher of each raises the chances of water vapor in the air forming condensation on surfaces which are below the dew point. The condensation occurred on the same door each time (the zone with the colder set temperature) on two different Titan fridges which indicates that the coolers were operating as expected, but the dew point temperature of the surrounding environment was simply too high. We apologize for your suboptimal experience.

Complete loss in less than five years
I bought this fridge when we built our new home. Love the look of it and was happy with it until one day it no longer cooled. Called up the manufacture and they recommended to have a repair man come look at it. After a 15 minute $85 visit from the repair man we found out that unfortunately this model doesn’t use the type of Freon that can be recharged. To fix it would be at minimum $800. Pretty disappointing. Not some thing I was hoping to replace in less than five years especially for the cost.

Good buy!
I purchased the Titan Signature 24 inch beverage cooler 3 weeks ago and so far I love it,. It runs quiet, keeps the wine and other drinks cold and it looks fantastic as a built-in.

Terrible customer service
Less than 6 months old there is a beeping going off every minute. Both doors are shut yet when open after 5 mins the alarm goes off for being open. Tried calling Titan from the number HD gave me and no response, email Titan, no response. Save your money
Worse part this cooler hardly gets open. It’s practically brand new and there is an issue. A response would be nice.
