A:  The panels are intended to attach into framing members that are 24” apart to adequately resist wind and other loads applied to the panels.

A:  Normal overlap is 1 3/4" . As far as skylights you would have to check the Manufacture of the skylights to see if they have a installation procedure for metal corrugated roofing.

A:  Purchase a galvanized culvert pipe that is ready-made and fit for ground contact, sometimes you must buy the proper materials to do the job correctly.

A:  I can not answer this as it is not what the product was intended. If put into ground would cause corrosion of the product.

A:  The rib height is 1/2".

A:  Gauge is not thickness in inches. According to conversion charts 30 gauge (thinnest listed on the chart I found) is .0157inches which means these panels, which are said to be 0.01inches are very thin indeed. {Of note, the lower gauge# = thicker}
