Q:Several years ago I installed an America Standard FlowWise Toilet Flush Valve on a wall hung toilet in my commercial photo studio. I am currently renting the studio and my tenant reports that the valve runs continually when he pulls the flush lever. (He was able to temporarily cut off the water supply.) What would likely cause this problem? Any special repair parts I should have on hand when I take a look later this week? Thanks, Bill B.

Q:This toilet was installed by a plumber who said he left the flow valve set for a normal 3.5 toilet. Could this cause the flush to be weak?
