A:  I am going to say this is not a paintable product. The risk of pealing would be high when you go to reshape product. The Paint would not be that flexible. You may want to consult with paint manufacture on this.

    A:  It is 2x3 so it fits on the outside of the downspout and 3 inch on the other side to fit inside round pipe.

      A:  One end of this connects to downspout and the other goes inside the 3"PVC. There is no sealant required.

        A:  i used this as well as rubber coupling 3"x 2" that i got in plumbing section. fits snug enough.

            Q:Does the Flex-Drain Adapter leak at all when attached to the Flex-Drain pipe? When I attached the two, they do not seem to fit snugly.

              A:  I have had no leakage issues. As long as there is some overlap and the connection is more vertical than not.
