I removed my downspouts to paint my faded aluminum siding on a 1970's house. The downspouts were inserted into clay drain pipe and cemented in to seal. When I removed them, the cement crumbled. I measured the distance from the downspouts & drain pipe fully inserted, and added 2" before I cut the downspouts. Now with the adapter fully inserted into clay drain pipe & downspout, the flex has pressure on both ends to seal and prevent any dirt from falling into the drain. Highly recommended.

The end of this is 3", and it will not fit inside a 3" corrugated pipe. It's the same size as the inside of the pipe, and it needs to be smaller to fit. I'm sure it would fit a 4" pipe just fine, but it definitely should not say that that it fits 3" pipe. You could probably cut it or buy a 3" to 3" coupler to make it work, but as it comes, it will not fit.

This piece worked great. Fits perfect inside an NDS 3inch coupling as shown in photo. Doesn't leak a drop. found in the garden section.

This does the job to create a 90* angle to start my rainwater diversion. It snapped onto the drain pipe to send water away from the house. I had one that was about 5 years old. It was split in many of the creases. That one got full afternoon sun.

Doesn't fit into a 3" very well.

I'll be returning them. I found out that they get brittle after a year or so and crack.

The seam was split and I'm going to return it today.

This downspout adapter worked perfectly to transition rainwater from the gutter downspout to a flexible pipe that diverts the rainwater away from the foundation. I highly recommend it.

It works much better than trying to bend the 3" corrugated drain pipe up to the downspout on it's own.

Working well, easy to install

Product was easy to install and works perfectly.

The flex drain is too small to properly fit the same brand and size pipe they sell. The T coupling I purchased at the same time is the exact same size as the pipe... Not sure how I can make it work. The inside diameter of the 50' pipe I bought measures 3 3/4" the exact same size as the T-fitting..... The pipe is really thin wall too, cheap.

Easy installation and good price.

Thankful I found this product so as to prepare for Washington State wet season. Works great to transition from down spout to single wall corrugated drain pipe

This FLEX Drain fixed a issue with my broken downspot and is great as it is flexible in length.

Yes it worked out perfectly for me!!

This fits the downspout snugly, but the other end does not fit what I believe is a standard 3” drain grate end cap. Maybe I’m missing something, but the vm picture here looks like the round end is much more tapered than mine.

Well designed product. Flexible to fit variable distance and angles from downspout to drain tube.
