A:  These heads will rotate up, down, left and right. Not sure what else you mean by adjustable.

A:  There are remote brackets that you can buy that work with suction or can be attached with screws. I do not have a specific recommendation.

The pause feature should only be available for this product if you are looking to pause one or both of the included shower heads, rather than pausing a different shower head altogether. You may need to partner with a licensed plumber to see if closing off one of the waterlines or modifying an existing waterline is a possible solution. A:  You have installed it incorrectly. The nut and the diverter should counter balance each other so the diverter will not turn. Read the instructions and see if that helps. If not call customer service at 908-862-8090

A:  The deviator nut is supposed to spin freely. This allows you to level the diverter as you tighten it down onto the shower faucet. The diverter should tighten up and not spin the tighter the nut becomes on the faucet. Basically it hold itself level with the compression against the faucet when torquing down the nut. Did you wrap the threads with plumbers tape? If so, remove all but one wrap. You can also try to tighten the nut on the diverter by just spinning it to see if it will tighten up.

A:  They are made out of metal. This is really a great shower head. I love it.

A:  The larger head can be moved up, down, left, or right. Wherever you need it. The handheld can pivot up or down independently of the large one from the base. To move it right or left you need to reposition the wand within the holder. So, yes they can be set at different angles.

A:  First of all, this is a nice shower head combo. I will tell you the 2 operate independently. You can set them at different angles and they do rotate independently also. They have different flow settings. However, it does not really have a super powerful flow. I was looking for a powerful spray. It has great flow just not enough for me. Hope this helps.

A:  Haven't had any problems with mine. Maybe you just have a faulty one. If you're not happy with it you should return it.

A:  We have one of these in each of our two bathrooms ---- one for a couple of months, one for a couple of weeks. No problems so far. If your unit is defective, I would consider swapping it for the exact same model, because we are really happy with it.

A:  You have to adjust the main valve to turn off the hand held sprayer. This will stop the leak. When you want to use it, turn on the mail valve ( behind the large shower head).
