    Q:Our winters are cold, but our southwest windows receive a lot of sun. I'm wondering if the people who say the hooks don't stay up have windows that receive a lot of sun. Does it matter how much sun shines on the window?

      A:  Hello - These clear hooks are designed for window use, but can be used on most other smooth, sealed surfaces. We recommend that you clean the surfaces with either water or rubbing alcohol before use.

            Q:I have been trying to get a command hook (2#) to stick to my front door window to hold a wreath. I do exactly what it says to do on the back( Clean with alcohol, let dry, apply hook and then press, let sit for hour before using) In the morning I can find wreath and hook on floor.
