Q:What is the orange connector that comes with the fixture? I cannot find it and it does not match the connector that our electrician used on the same fixture 5 years ago. I see no listing of it anywhere in the instructions.

Answer This Question
A: Both the male and female ends will be pre-connected and attached to the white and black fixture wires when you receive it. They should be separated during installation.
If for some reason they are missing you are still able to wire the fixture using traditional wire nuts or contact Home Depot Customer care at 1-877-527-0313 to have a replacement set mailed to you.

Q:If mounting to a round ceiling junction box with a cover with a hold and using push-in bushing, do you still need to use the other 4 holes at both ends?
by|Aug 2, 2023
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: As long as you are comfortable that it is securely mounted. No.
The 4 key holes you are referring to are a secondary mounting option in the event the orientation of the J Box won’t allow the fixture to be positioned as desired if mounted directly to the j box.

Q:can this light be installed on the wall over the sink?
by|Mar 13, 2023
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: It can, however due to its shape, in this application the light would be projected outward vs downward toward the sink. It would be fine to illuminate the room but probably not ideal for task lighting at the sink

Q:My laundry room light has dual switches. One on each side of the room. I have 2 black and 2 white wires. Can I put 2 black and 2 white wires in the quick connect?

Answer This Question
A: Dear Valued Home Depot Customer, "No. The quick connects are designed for connection with a single set of wires. In this situation, the quick connects should be snipped off. Restrip the wires approximately 3/8” and wire like colored wires together with traditional wire nuts".
