A:  There is a small round hole built in the back of the smoker for venting. It is not adjustable, but fixed.

A:  Yes. I haven't yet, but saw/heard that you can use either.

A:  I would not use pellets they would not smoke the same

A:  Yes just don't add water like you would for wood chips

A:  The maximum temperature you can set this smoker to is 275 degrees. - GHP

A:  150°-400°F.

A:  350, but it will never get there

A:  The rang of temps starts at 180F and tops out at 275F. -GHP
