Easy as 3..2..1
This smoker makes it easy enough for my kids to make dinner... Comes up to speed quick, keeps within 3 to 5 degrees of set temp. Just got done smoking some pork ribs.. just as good as our local joint. Love this thing.

You get what you pay for
Not the best construction but I guess you get what you pay for. Doesnt drain well, and I have used in 5 times and the water bowl is starting to corrode.

Great features and great results!
I’m a beginner at smoking at least at coming up with perfect recipes. The smoker does a great job smoking though. I really love how I can add wood chips without opening the door!

Let’s you cheat at smoking.
This smoker is brilliant in many ways. Digital control that allows temp adjustment down to the single degree. Timer allows cooking overnight without oversight. Window lets you watch the product cook. Wood chips are easily put in without losing temp by opening the door. But this will not last forever Consider only having this for 4-6 years before needing to replace it.

Great smoker!
I have had this smoker for 5 yrs. It has turned out the best food! One thing I finally figured out. This smoker creates a lot of steam. That is great for chicken, fish etc. that you want to retain the moisture. After smoking many briskets and not achieving the hard bark I liked due to the steam, I decided to try something. After loading chips in the side tray and got it to smoking I removed the slide in loader. I opened the top vent all the way. Wala, I finally achieved greatness. Removing the loader let the steam out and allowed my brisket to get a hard bark. Finally. Now I smoke my brisket 4 to 5 hrs and get the bark I want. Then I wrap and continue smoking until done. I really love this smoker!

Kielbasa King!!
I bought the 40" electric smoker specifically to smoke kielbasa amd other sausage. After about 6 weeks, and 40 pounds of sausage, I'm more than satisfied with the results obtained for what I consider to be a bargain price unit! I use a ThermoWoeks Smoke to monitor internal air temperature amd it is rarely more than a few degrees off the digital readout. My only minor disappointment is not getting smoke below a smoker set point of 185F.

Worked fine, for awhile
I bought a master built digital 30 inch smoker about three years ago at first I worked well for making flavorful smoked meat, the after a while it produced hardly any smoke . Now the digital temperature gauge isn’t working right , the heat will not go above 71 degrees

Love using
We love our new smoker. It is easy to set up and we had no trouble putting together. I ordered the legs for ours and we are very happy with that decision. I think this smoker is the easiest one to use that I have owned.
