However, the EPA does do testing on all manufacturers for horsepower, torque and emissions. The results of the EPA testing can be found on the EPA website.

A:  Hello! Thank you for you inquiry. The HP for a 50cc= 3.3HP; 60cc= 4HP. Another advantage of a 60cc it can take from 18" bars up to 27" bars. For the 50cc Chainsaw 16" bars up to 20" bars. A:  Hello, if you're a newbie to chainsaws, I would recommend the smaller 50 cc saw with less horsepower. It still has plenty of power as it is considered a medium range saw.

A:  To THD support; that was the lamest beat around the bush answer I’ve seen in a long time. At no tune in your two paragraph long answer did you directly answer the question asked. You mention many variables As to why any number of products could possibly be priced a certain way but failed to address the specific question asked. We are left to assume since you couldn’t answer the question directly that you didn’t have an actual answer. I don’t see why it’s so hard to just truthfully answer a simple question on pricing. Like. The 20 has a longer bar and we are able to charge more money for it regardless of wether it’s actually worth that much as an optional item.
