A: The weatherseal strip comes as one piece that can be split into 2 halves if needed. Because the backing is adhesive, there is no need to use additional glue to join the ends together

A: It is applied under the sash or tightly alongside the inside of the vertical sash on the parting strip. When applied as explained your window should open with very if any resistance.

A: This meant to be between door in the frame/rim so that when you close the door, it creates a compression on the insulation and is air tight.
Not really meant for a window. You can place at bottom joint so it’s air tight but you might not be able to close & lock the window that way.

A: Yes, I have used it before on various projects. Once it’s installed and the self adhesive is cured, it’s waterproof and it takes caustic solvents to remove the adhesive.

Q:Will the adhesive on this product stick to concrete? I have a concrete lip/divider at the door bottom that separates my garage from the door inside to the house. This won’t be exposed to water & I’d be using for purpose of insulation, keep out cold, bugs etc
