Was great alternative for what i needed
i did not use this for weather stripping but used it to replace the foam strip on a paintball mask and it worked out great!!! I expected it to fall off after one use and was intended for a temporary fix but I've been using the mask every weekend for the past 2 months and it has been holding up great!

This was an excellent addition to the small quantity received with my new Freo AC. I’m so happy I initially purchased (2) because it’s slim enough to seal everything both inside and outside around the window air conditioner. I’m buying more just so I can always have these on hand!

Versatile and it holds up well.
I have used this foam weather strip in various sizes to help seal my attic access doors and the attic drop down ladder. It has worked well and has been installed for a couple of years. I have also used it for a couple of applications that are probably not recommend by the manufacturer. Such as to help seal the top of the door on my ageing electric smoker and to help seal the door on my chest type deep freezer; surprisingly enough it has held up well.
