A: Hello - We are sorry to hear your dishwasher will not run; we are glad to assist. Make sure the dishwasher door is closed tightly and is latched correctly. Open the door and then close it again firmly. Reset your home's fuse or circuit breaker for the dishwasher. The dishwasher may be installed with a power cord that has come loose. Not all dishwashers have a power cord; however, if your dishwasher has a cord, the outlet will be in an adjacent cabinet. Be sure the power cord is plugged into the wall and that the outlet is functioning. If your dishwasher is controlled by a wall switch, make sure the power is turned on. If the above suggestions do not help, service is recommended. You can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliance technician by calling 1-800-432-2737. We apologize for any inconvenience it has caused. Olga@GEA

A: Hi 007 - Thanks for reaching out to us and for choosing GE Adora Model # DDT595SSJSS. We are sorry to hear your dishwasher is not drying well and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. While the dishwasher does not have a "dry only" cycle, for best results, select Heated Dry On and Wash Temp Boost or Sani options. Make sure inlet water temperature is at least 120°F. Leave door closed after the Clean light appears to allow the fan to run an additional 90 minutes. If you open the door, this fan extension will be cancelled. Check the rinse agent dispenser and fill as required. Add a high quality rinse agent such as Cascade® Platinum™ Power Dry™ Rinse Aid or Finish® Jet-Dry® Rinse Aid to the rinse agent dispenser.
