Answer This Question

A:  Usually you can supplement #10 screws. I think 10/24’s but not certain. You can use #10 self-tap or sharp point coarse threaded. Just ensure there are no wires near the screw holes!

Q:How's the main breaker come with the panel a 200 amp breaker?

    Answer This Question

A:  This is a Main Lug Only Panel used for sub-panels. There is NO main breaker. The buss is rated at 200 Amps. If you want a panel with a 200A main Breaker you would need the TM2020CCU which is the 20 space/40 circuit or the TM4020CCU which is larger but a true 40 space/40 circuit panel

A:  Thank you for your question. This is a main lug panel that can be converted to a main breaker in the field with a THQMV200DP sold separately. If you are looking for a version with the main breaker already installed, look at the TM2020CCUBK1.

        Answer This Question

A:  While they may fit and work fine, they are not code. The panel will tell you which breakers are allowed. These will be GE THQL for full size breakers.

A:  Yes, this panel accepts standard GFCI and AFCI circuit breakers.

                  Answer This Question

A:  Unless you have some special need for an additional ground bar, you won't need to purchase one separately. This panel comes with every thing installed except the breakers.

                  by|May 5, 2023

A:  It depends on the use. If this is a MAIN panel (wired directly from the meter), then both Ground and Common (white) wires use the same bar (provided). If this is a sub-panel, ie, being fed from another panel, then a separate ground bar must be added.

Q:if i have a 125a main breaker outside do i need one in my inside breaker panel as well or can i just use the main lug panel?

                      Answer This Question

A:  If you have a main breaker outside your house that is a "means of disconnect" from the power company. So all you need is a "main lug" inside your house unless you want another, but it's just overkill.
