We do offer conversion kits that can be used to convert the dryer to work on liquid propane (LP). The LP kit for this specific model dryer is GE part WE25X217. We hope this is helpful. All our best! The Profile model has more features, and the control panel is slightly different. The Profile will have a built in Wifi capability. The other GE model may or may not have the option to purchase the SmartHQ Connect Module. A separate vent for the gas is not needed.
