Q:what is the size of the mounting nut? this question was asked in dec. 2023 and the rep responded in jan 2024 that they would look it up and update. NO UPDATE, it's april... I need to replace the nut and need this information as well.

      Q:Why is there a quick burst of water flow after the faucet is turned off? This sometimes happens a minute or two after it is shut off. I tried changing the cartridges but it still happens. Is this a defect or normal?
