Embossed crown moulding is installed using the same steps as any other crown mouldings, however you will want to match the patterns when joining two pieces to ensure there is a consistent pattern. A:  Hi Tippy, Thank you for your question and interest in our House of Fara 588 crown moulding. We do have an inside corner (Model # ICR8P Internet #100040664 Store SKU #542828) available on the Home Depot .com site. It also may be found in certain stores as a stock item.

A:  I painted it and only sanded the joints where I had puttied. It covered and showed the design great. You won't sand off the design if you only lightly sand it to prep for painting.

A:  No, you don't need to sand it. It's ready to stain or paint as is. After staining it, we used one layer of clear semi-gloss polyurethane to protect the stain, and matched the sheen of the cabinets.

A:  This molding is wood; it's not flexible.
