    A:  No, this fan model is not designed for use on wall dimmers switches. Only the remote control can change the fan speeds as using a dimmer switch or third party wall control can cause the electronics in the motor to burn out.

        A:  No, this fan model only has a single hot wire for the fan speed and light. It can only be installed on a basic, single on/off wall switch. The fan and light will return to their last selected settings when the switch is turned off and back on (so if the light is left on and the fan speed is set to low when the switch is turned off then when the switch is turned back on those light and fan settings will be restored).

          Q:Have fan less than 2 years. Turn on at wall switch and then used the remote to turn off the fan, but turn light on. Light flashed 3 times and fan quit working and won't turn back on.

          A:  It appears the fan's receiver module may be behaving abnormally. In a majority of cases this can be resolved by following the learning process to reset the receiver's programming. Simply turn off power to the fan from the wall switch for a few seconds, then restore power. Within 30 seconds of restoring power, press the "learn" button in the battery compartment of the remote. The fan's light will flash on and off to indicate the receiver module has been reset. If that does not resolve the issue, your fan is still within the warranty period. Please contact customer service at 1-833-433-2671 to troubleshoot the fan and order replacement parts.

            Q:What is the Flush mount height ? Height is listed at about 14+” is that with the included 4.5” down rod? I need something about 12” or less in height

              Q:I have bought a 24 inch down-rod for this ceiling fan however the antenna does not reach the top and just sits in the tube, will that be a problem?

              A:  The antenna is designed to work through the metal of the downrod so it will not be an issue if it's sitting inside the tube,.
