A:  I purchased it on-line and delivered to my house couple months ago. All were satisfied.

A:  They are plastic, not wood. Can’t imagine paint sticking to it. I’ve been happy the product though.

A:  These doors come with a baked on painted bright white smooth finish from the factory. I don’t believe painting over them would work out very well.

A:  Yes, they can be painted. Use a primer and then either latex or oil-based paint.

A:  They are the same door. The first is stocked in some Home Depot stores, the other is available in homedepot.com

A:  You can cut the length down but not the width.

A:  I'm sorry, we cannot make these more narrow. The stiles are hollow and cannot be trimmed. I wish I had better news for you.

A:  The two door panels are encased in a metal frame. Each door measures 11 and 1/8 inches and with the hinges in place you have approximately 24 inches. Shaving them will not work. From a carpenter's view, I would have to first make sure the wall is not a load barring wall and then I would move the jacks of the frame in the wall back and extend the header If I wanted to use this door. I myself separated the doors and framed them up as a vent in a large storage closet wall.

A:  No, you don't need to paint these doors. Yes, two of these doors will fit in a 36x80 opening.

A:  These doors are finished and ready to install. No painting needed. Two 18" doors will fit perfectly in an opening 36" wide. The doors will meet in the middle.
