Q:Will this work as replacement LATCH for my Milan key Lever: 740MIL RDT 15 SMT? The Keyed exterior lever is jamming and is not reliable. I'd like to just replace the Latch and keep the handles which match all our other doors.

Q:So the moral of the story if you do not already have handles and parts by this company the parts will not fit and have to be completely replaced handle locks and inner mechanisms in order for the door to finally actually do what it was designed to without having some issue with one part or another every time. GREAT! THIS DOOR SUCKS....PROBABLY SHOULD. JUST GET A WHOLE NEW DOOR! This crap is a hollow good for nothing garbage anyway. Thanks glad I didnt buy these peices yet... Good luck y'all.

A: This latch only works on knobs or levers, but not on deadbolts. You will need to purchase a new Gatelatch for your gate. Our double-cylinder Gatelatch is model # 599 26D SMT.
