A:  Thank you for reaching out to Lasko. This is a strong fan with CFM- High 1820 and CFM - Low 1350. You can simply clean the Fan with the vacuum brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner. This will remove dirt lint that may accumulate over time.

A:  Bingo. They say you can "pre-program" the fan with this technology, eh? This fan isn't capable of programming, unless of course they're talking about your ability to "program" the dial to 1, 2, or 3 position...

A:  The frame is made out of metal and everything else is plastic.

A:  The box is metal the grills and fan are plastic.  The 20”x20” size is perfect for my use as an air cleaner.  I tape a 20”x20” furnace filter on the draw side and run the fan when doing dusty work indoors. Not perfect but seems to work about as good as any expensive filter I’ve tried.

A:  The frame should be 20 1/2? x 20 1/2? but due to poor manufacturing mine is more 20 3/8? W x 20 5/8? H. You can see the slight bend/bow in the frame in the photo.
