A:  No, this is a 1" Hex tile. It has been a year since I ordered, but at that time It could be ordered black with white flowers. I don't remember seeing any 2" Hex tile.

A:  Hi Dustin, The hex with black flower is only sold in the 1”. If you were set on doing the flower with the 2” hex, we would recommend constructing your own. They are attached to a mesh backing and will come off with little effort. It would be very easy to make your own pattern with them. A:  Good Afternoon, These are standard ceramic tiles, and while this is a general guideline to installation, there may be differences based on your chosen area of installation and project type. There are different choices that can be made based on floor vs wall installation, wet vs non-wet areas, and indoor vs outdoor. In general, we recommend installing tile over a cement backerboard, with thinset in between your substrate and the backerboard, using specially designated screws for cement board. Then, using an appropriately sized trowel, spread thinset on top of the backerboard and lay the tile, making sure to use tile spacers for uniform grout line spacing. Once ready for grouting, for grout lines ¼” and larger, we recommend sanded grout. For 1/8” and smaller, we recommend unsanded grout. Be sure to take care during grouting, and carefully remove grout on the surface of the tile to avoid grout haze. There are lots of DIY guides available for tiling online, which may help in preparation for a particular project. Hope that helps!

A:  Hi Granny, This tile is great for use on a shower floor! This tile is very durable, so it can withstand scratches and marks. Also, it has a high slip-resistance rating, partially due to the matte finish that will make it very safe, even when wet. Once grouted, that will add even more slip resistance.
