A:  Yes, there is a template for 2-1/2" hinges

A:  The HingeMate300 can mortise a hinge that is 2.5” to 4.5” in length. The width of the hinge is between 1” and 1.25” depending on the door you are using it on (1-3/8” vs 1-3/4” Doors). The depth of the mortise you make is entirely up to your own router and how you set it.

A:  The rotate template can achieve 5/8” radius or 1/4″ radius mortises.
