Q:Does this come with the hole saw kit pictured? Have ordered twice and just received reciprocating saw blades.

A: I have ordered twice, returned shipped, and I am about to reorder for a third time. I have been on the phone with customer support multiple times. Hopefully third time is the charm and can get saw blades AND hole saw set.

Q:I have your SHOCKWAVE Impact-Duty Titanium Drill Bit Set (15-Piece) 48-89-4630 you say there are (2) 1/4 bits yet the set I have only has (1) 1/4 bit ,and you also say this kit has (1) 3/16 it and my kit again has 2 , what is going on??? see photo

Q:Please explain, in you "set includes" you say there is 1 3/16 drill bit and if you look in the picture of the case there are 2, for he 1/4 bit you say there are 2 and in your picture there is on one of this bit , what is the story on this???

A: Chairman & Milwaukee Tool, you did not understand my question, my set came with (1) 3/16 bit Milwaukee lists should be 2 on set includes, they show and say there should be (2) 1/4 drill bit and my set only came with 1, see attached photo

Q:Would these cut through a 1/2" motor shaft? I have a fan blade stuck and not coming off, the entire assembly is being replaced so I do not need to save the old shaft.
