A:  4’ sticks come in a slim long box. Like 5”x5”x4’ or 5’ long. Don’t buy it. It does die but didn’t grow much either. At same time I pay $89 at a nursery store , that maple tree is growing into big tall tree already. It’s worth to spend extra at local nursery store.

    A:  My tree arrived in a timely manner. It was basically a stick maybe 3 ft tall. I figured it was just dormant and put it in the ground, but it’s been weeks and it’s obvious it wasn’t doing ANYTHING. Pulled it up and scored it... there is no green to be found. It’s dead. The roots are shriveled and black.
