As far as I know there isn’t any. I received my tree in March. I planted it in a pot to see if it would grow . While waiting I sent the company an email regarding their return policy. No response. The tree took a while to start growing but it’s now doing nicely.
I’m pretty sure it’s dead. I bought the tree this past spring and it took a while but it is growing. If you don’t have any leaves by now I’m afraid it’s gone . You might have a hard time getting a refund since you can’t call and they haven’t responded to email. Would you like a suggestion? Try looking at a Northern Catalpa or a Mimosa tree. They grow fast and have nice flowers . Good luck to you
Received it in perfect condition plant had even new growth a side from the growth it had when it came in the box.
Depends on where you plant it. Shade 1 ft per year. Full sun 2 feet
I live in Boulder,CO elevation over 5000. Received my tree this year. Took a while to grow but it’s doing fine now and will make it this winter
They are pretty tough to contact . No , I don’t think so. It took about 3 months of care to get my tree to grow. It’s growing now so I’m satisfied
My tree looked in poor Shape when it arrived but I took care of it and watered it and about a month and a half later I can see some growth so hang in there.
Hey Red, I’m sure the tree could grow if you water it well till it’s established. The tree I got from the company is a poor specimen. Hoping that the roots will get stronger. I live in Colorado BTW Gary
A tree this size needs to be planted in the ground and not in a box. The more you do to prep the hole and soil the better your results will be. Lot's of info online to help you. Good luck.
