Q:Who has used this item for more than one season? I have had consistent problems with my Melnor's ball valves sticking on the second year's use (yes, I brought it in for the winter), so I'm hoping to find a more long-term reliable device.

Q:Four outlet hose end timer. Where’re can I read programming information; specifically to enter “How often” information?

A: The "How Often" section is programmed by intervals instead of by selecting specific watering days. 1 day would be daily, 2 days would be every other day, etc. There is also a programming manual on this page under Product Details and Additional Resources called "Installation Guide" or our Orbit support team would be happy to provide you with a manual and walk you through programming your timer.

Q:My spigot is below the deck and I have no stairs on the deck but all my flowers are on the d. Can I use my phone to turn the spigot on and off via bluetooth or will I still have to go the spigot to turn it on?

A: You will have to leave the spigot on but you can use your phone and Bluetooth to open and close the valve inside of your B-hyve XD hose timer.

Q:Can you set 1 zone to manual so I can hook up a hose and start/stop it from the unit itself to wash a car for example?

A: This is possible by simply not programming one outlet and using it only manually. However, manual watering still requires a length of time to run. You are able to cancel manual watering if you finish early, but may need to continue running it manually if your watering needs exceed the maximum run time.
