A:  It is thin but I wasn't looking for a plush rug at this price. I love the design but the color on the runner is darker than the 5x7 area rug in this collection, but since they are in different areas of my home it doesn't matter. It seems to be smaller than I expected, not quite 2x7. But still, it serves it purpose and is a good value for the price.
