      Q:have you changed the specifications on this product...the last box i bought was almost 100% defective with nearly every one breaking...plastic was softer...they were unusable...

      A:  Hello, I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience with this product. We have not had other complaints of this nature, however sometimes the heads can bend over, etc., if the hole is not drilled deep enough, reamed out enough, or drilled to the proper 5/16" size. If you did all these things and still had issues, please contact us to remedy the situation!
