A: I use these for ?soundproofing? my studio and I can attest they they don?t completely sound proof, but they do however dampen undesirable echo and ringing noises significantly and if your on a budget these are a great option, disregard the other answers.

Answer This Question
A: Yes you can.
by|Dec 17, 2020
A: It is possible. However, these are nothing more than thick felt blankets.
by|Oct 8, 2020
A: The fabric is thin enough to allow the installation of grommets. Not sure how strong it would be if you were to stretch it really tight. Its a heavy duty felt type fabric.
by|May 1, 2020
A: I suppose you could, but it’s more like a felt cloth material so it might no hold under pressure. I just used them to protect from furniture scratches during my move.
by|May 2, 2020
A: You could, but this is just a piece of felt. I'm sure with any amount of force, the grommets will tear free.

Q:I need a cover for two round wood barrel chairs. They are on my screened in patio. I'm in a cold climate so I like to cover them for the winter. Would these work? Then I can put a tarp over cover.

Answer This Question
A: Perhaps. I used the moving blanket to protect my trunk and back seat. It's not very thick, but should work for this.
by|Oct 1, 2019
A: I would think that these would work if you put a tarp over them to keep them from getting wet. These are basically a big piece of felt and they are not very thick, but they should work just fine for what you want to do.

A: The 72 in. W x 54 in. L Standard Moving Blanket is designed to protect items during moving/shipping, not for insulation. We are unable to guarantee that the Standard Moving Blanket will function in that capacity.

A: If you think felt will hold up through months of snow and wet, sure. This is just a large piece of heavy felt.
