A:  No, QUIKRETE® Polymer Modified Structural Repair is not intended to be used over a large area (must be less than 2 square feet). We typically recommend QUIKRETE® Sand/Topping Mix (No. 1103) for overlay applications over existing concrete. It is typically applied at depths from ½ inch to 2 inches. Use in combination with QUIKRETE® Concrete Bonding Adhesive (No. 9902) if thickness is greater than an inch, or with QUIKRETE® Concrete Acryllic Fortifier (No. 8610) if thickness is an inch or less. Use adhering to instructions. Do not use QUIKRETE® Concrete Bonding Adhesive and QUIKRETE® Concrete Acryllic Fortifier in the same application. Please note that the existing concrete substrate must be sound, clean, unsealed/uncoated, and free of dust, dirt, loose debris, and any other potential bond breakers. When making repairs, getting a good color match can be difficult - we always recommend trialing a small quantity of the repair material in an inconspicuous area, and allowing it to cure for at least 24 hours to determine whether the color and overall appearance are acceptable before using the material in less discrete areas.
