      Q:Has the issue with the switch been fixed? For more than 30% or reviewers the switch broke. How about the speed dial that comes lose and change speed from vibrations only? Has that been fixed too? How do I know I get an upgraded tool if I buy one now?

            Q:i have heard that ridgid has a fix for the on off switch problem i would like to know what the new part number is for the fix because i have a 86240 with this problem that is not covered by the lsa and would like to repair it my self thanks

              A:  Threaten them with the BBB THEY THEN LISTEN FAULTY switch is there liability not yours . if its a known issue .
