Q:Is there a trick to getting the drill bits out of the case? The case doesn't seem to want to let go of them. I've cut fingers.

A: Pull the larger drill bits from the back to give your hand some room to get lower on the bit. Not a good design

A: The bits are overly tight in this case. I use pliers to remove and insert them. They are sharp. It's not wise to use your fingers. Hopefully, this situation will be corrected soon. Joe

A: I had a slight issue with this as well. The drill organizer isn't machined very well and kind of holds onto the bit. Try twisting, with gloves on, both clockwise and counter. Once it's out actually drill the holes out with the same bit and they fit nicely.
