    Q:The description below for this item mentions custom widths. I do not see the 30.5" available to order. Is the 31" tray somehow adjustable to other widths? RE:"The three custom widths 22, 24 and 30-1/2 and also feature soft-close hinges to prevent slamming shut"

        A:  II do not know professional stainless steel grading standards. However, I wanted a stainless steel sink-front tray, not plastic, and I am pleased with the quality of the product as I examined it, as I took it out of the box. Not too thin, and not too heavy or thick. And, it was reasonably priced.
