          A:  No there is NOT. I had to make my own. I think they should include that because it would save time and provide with better instruction too.

            Q:How wobbly is it when you pull it out? I would like to install in a cabinet that already has the handle on it. So to pull it out the handle would be to the side and not in the center as shown. Will this make much of a difference?

            A:  I believe you do well. It is stable once it is installed. Mine is sturdy.

              A:  It is not wobbly at all - very sturdy. Not sure about if the handle is on the side, but I don't believe it would matter.
