A:  The PRO-999 Rx-35 cannot be tinted. There is no Titanium Dioxide in the product to hold a colorant which is why the product dries clear. The PRO-977 Ultra Prime is our wallcovering primer that can be tinted. Please call if you have any questions. 708-891-0770
