A: It depends on just how much flex you need. I didn't need much, so I couldn't say what the limits are. It has quite a bit of flexibility, but it is too rigid to work for, say, a 45 degree angle. Likewise, there is enough softness that it could clamp down on a pipe that's a little bit small, but not a whole lot.
