      A:  Thank you for your inquiry Aaron. The VIGO VG02008 kitchen faucet will have a flow rate of 1.8gpm. to meet CA flow standards. If you live outside of CA, please contact our Product Support at 866-591-7792, option 2 for more information on how to increase the flow rate.

        Q:Does the faucet turn from left to right? There’s a fastening screw in the back but when I tighten it, it also tightens the faucet making it so it doesn’t turn left to right. If I loosen the screw in the back the whole gooseneck is loose and seems flimsy when pulling the sprayer in and out .... it stays in place but there’s a lot of wiggling that happens... does that make sense? Is this part of the design?

        A:  Thank yo you for your inquiry. The Gramercy faucet is designed to rotate 360 degrees. The set screw at the bottom of the faucet neck should be tight enough for the neck to rotate easily, yet sturdy not to wiggle.           A:  No soap dispenser although it may have one as another choice - look on their website. This faucet is pure quality and style!!!

              Q:Is it possible to move the lever forward a quarter turn? The lever scratches the window sill when in cold position.

              A:  The only way to resolve this issue is to turn the faucet base to where the handle faces front. This way you can have full control of waqter temperature.

                A:  THe VG02008 kitchen faucet is just a pull out spout. This faucet does not have a sprayer button to change water flow from stream to spray.
