AnswerThank you for your inquiry about VIGO products. The neck of the faucet would rotate 360 degrees. This would be the part just above the faucet base.

Love the Matte Black

Kitchen Bling

Love the sleek modern look
This is a beautiful black modern faucet with a nice pull down. I like the fact that it doesn’t have a “spray” option because that usually means water spray everywhere so that to me is a benefit. It looks and goes great with my stainless apron sink.

Looks Great!
I love the look of this faucet! The style is nice but it does not have a Spray function.
I didn't realize No Spray but Only a Pull Down. Works nice and Looks Great!
I will deal with No Sprayer. My fault because I should have checked into details.
Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is this faucet has no spray function.
