Q:How far does the hose pull out from the faucet & what is the total length of the hose? 1 diagram shows it extends 20" but i also see the total length is 30" which is impossible. My current faucet which I'm replacing, has a 6' long that extends 30"

Beautiful looking faucet
The BIGO faucet & soap dispenser arrived beautifully packaged & in perfect condition. My plumber installed them two days ago without any trouble. The faucet is sturdy & appears to be well constructed. So far it is functioning exactly as I’d hoped. I had the plumber install it with the handle swiveled to the front of the faucet because otherwise the handle would hit my window ledge, installing it this was looks great & is totally functional, it also left more room to access the matching soap dispenser. All the photos online show it installed with the handle on the right, but this is not necessary, either for function or esthetics, a lefty could swivel it all the way to the left if desired. The pull out hose extends a maximum of 20” which is great. The hose does not automatically suck back into position though, I kind of have to stuff it back up into the faucet, but, this might be a result of the placement of the weight on the hose under the sink, I expect I could adjust the weight & it would fix this. I bought the brushed gold & color is very close to the images online - it is a very pretty gold with a nice shine, but not that dated polished brass look of yesteryear. Finger prints do not seem to be an issue so far, which is a relief. I did a ton of research & read a million reviews before selecting this faucet & far I am very happy!

Very pleased
This is a really beautiful, high quality faucet. I have had it for 4 weeks and the installation was easy. The only drawback, so far, that I see is, that once you pull down the faucet, it doesn’t retract all the up to its original position. You must place it, safely back into its position carefully making sure it’s back where it belongs. It doesn’t go back in very quickly. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Lots of compliments on sleek style
I love the way this faucet looks. The only downside is that I had to install the handle in the front as the range from hot-cold was set in a position where it couldn’t be adjusted forward and hit my window sill. Still works great and very happy with the product.

Good but short hoses
I really like the faucet but I did have to go buy longer hoses to reach the hot and cold water connections under my sink because the 20” hose it came with was too short. Pretty faucet though!
